雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡32例临床疗效观察

目的:研究雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将62例消化性溃疡患者随机分成两组,分别应用雷贝拉唑(10mg,1次/d)及奥美拉唑(20mg,1次/d)治疗4周后,复查胃镜了解溃疡愈合情况,观察服药后1d及2～7d腹痛缓解情况,以及返酸、腹胀等伴随症状的变化,同时观察有无不良反应出现。结果:雷贝拉唑组在用药第1天腹痛缓解率为71.9%,明显优于奥美拉唑组的53.3%(P<0.05),而且对于十二指肠溃疡患者效果尤为明显。两组均无不良反应发生。结论:雷贝拉唑及奥美拉唑均对消化性溃疡有较高的治愈率和症状缓解率,且耐受性好。与奥美拉唑相比,雷贝拉唑能更迅速的缓解胃痛,尤其对于十二指肠溃疡患者的效果更明显。

Clinical observation of the effect of rabeprazole on peptic ulcer

Objective To study the effect and reliability of rabeprazole on peptic ulcer. Method 62 patients were divided into treated group (32 cases treated with 10mg/day rabeprazole) and control group (30 cases treated with 20mg/day omeprazole). After 4 weeks treatment, the healing of these patients were measured with gastroscope. The remission rate of abdominal pain on the 1st day and on the 2nd to 7th day was studied. And the accompanying symptom and the ill effect were also observed. Results The remission rate of abdominal pain on the 1st day of rabeprazole is 71.9%, Which is higher than that of omeprazole (53.3%) significantly (P<0.05). And particularly, to the patients with duodenal ulcer, rabeprazole is better than omeprazole on the 1st day remission rate. There is no ill effect in the two groups. Conclusion Rabeprazole as well as omeprazole have high healing rate, high remission rate of abdominal pain and well tolerance on peptic ulcer. To the patients with peptic ulcer, particularly with duodenal ulcer, rabeprazole can relieve abdominal pain more quickly than omeprazole.
