| 摘 要： | 目的探讨椎管内肿瘤的诊断与手术治疗方法。方法27例椎管内肿瘤患者根据肿瘤部位及年龄不同，采用不同手术方法。肿瘤全切除23例，次全切除4例，其中显微外科手术8例。结果术后随访6个月～5年，1例术后复发再手术，手术优良率92．6％。结论椎管内肿瘤手术效果好。MRI检查和显微外科技术的应用是提高治疗效果的关键。如果术中破坏了脊柱的稳定性，重建稳定性非常重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and operative treatment of intraspinal tumors. Methods 27 cases of intraspinal tumors were studied. The clinical manifestation, magnetic resonance imaging, operative treatment methods and effects were analyzed. 23 cases were completely resected and 4 cases were subtotally removed. 8 were undergone microsurgery.
