| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B型钠尿肽测定在慢性舒张性心衰和无症状性心衰中的临床意义。方法35例症状性舒张性心衰和31例无症状性心衰患者测定血浆B型钠尿肽,并另选31例非心衰患者作为对照组测定血浆B型钠尿肽。结果症状性患者的血浆B型钠尿肽同对照组相比明显增高(P<0.05),无症状性心衰患者的血浆B型钠尿肽同对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论B型钠尿肽是舒张性心衰敏感而特异的生化指标,临床表现结合心脏超声及B型钠尿肽可以较准确地诊断舒张性心衰。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of B-type natriuretic peptide in chronic diastolic heart failure and asymptomatic heart failure.Methods Plasma B-type natriuretic peptide was determined in 35 patients with symptomatic diastolic heart failure and 31 patients with asymptomatic heart failure. Thirty-one cases of non-heart failure served as control group.Results Levels of plasma B-type natriuretic peptide were increased significantly in symptomatic patients as compared with those in control group (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the levels of B-type natriuretic peptide between asymptomatic patients and controls (P>0.05).Conclusion B-type natriuretic peptide is a sensitive and specific biochemical marker of diastolic heart failure. Combined with B-type natriuretic peptide, symptoms and echocardiography, diastolic heart failure can be diagnosed accurately. |
