| 摘 要： | 目的：观察以邻指动脉为蒂的岛状皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损创面的效果。方法：根据患指缺损面积大小，在邻近手指尺侧上设计以指动脉为蒂的岛状皮瓣转移修复患指，供区创面植皮修复。结果：50例皮瓣全部存活。随访2—24个月手指外形良好。感觉、功能正常。结论：应用指动脉岛状皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损创面，具有设计合理、切取转移方便、供受区邻近组织结构合理、修复后指外形满意等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of proximal phalanx artery island flap in repairing finger defect of soft tissue .Methods:According to the size of the defect proper proximal phalanx artery island flap was designed, and the wounds of cross finger were repaired by skin grafting.Results:All of the 50 flaps survived.Two to 24 months follow-up showed satisfactory results in shape and function.Conclusions:Repair of finger defect of soft tissue with proximal phalanx artery island flap has the advantage that the fl... |
