Opioid Side Effects,Addiction, and Anti-Inflammatory Medications

Patients in pain often fear medications prescribed or recommend to them by their clinicians. Fear of side effects can contribute greatly to medication non-adherence (noncompliance). Patients often have fears that exceed the potential problems with which their medications are associated.
