摘    要:目的:观察清热祛湿方合小剂量甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效和不良反应。方法:70例RA随机分成治疗组35例,给予清热祛湿方合MTX治疗;对照组35例给予正清风痛宁合MTX治疗。两组疗程均3个月。观察总体疗效、中医证候疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率82.86%,对照组77.14%,两组比较,P>0.05。治疗组证候疗效94.28%,优于对照组的74.29%,两组比较,P<0.01。治疗组不良反应发生率11.43%,对照组25.71%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:清热祛湿方合小剂量MTX治疗RA湿热痹阻型能有效改善证候,不良反应率较低。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the curative effect and side effect of Qingrequshi decoction combined with small dose of MMTX on treating dampness and heat stagnated rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:70 cases of RA were randomly divided into the treatment group(35 cases) and the contrast group(35) cases.The treatment group was treated by Qingrequshi decoction combined with MTX and the contrast group by Zhengqingfengtongning combined with MTX.The period of therapy was 3 months and the ratio of total effect,the curative effect on traditional Chinese symptom and sign and side effect were observed.Results:The total effective ratio in the treatment group and the contrast group were 82.86% and 77.14% respectively(P>0.05).The curative effective ratio on symptom and sign in the treatment(94.28%) was better than that in the contrast group(74.29%)(P<0.01).The side effect occurent ratio in the treatment(11.43%) was also better than that in the contrast group(25.71%)(P<0.01).Conclusion:Qingrequshi decoction combined with small dose of MTX has good effect on symptom and sign with lower side effect in treating dampness and heat stagnated RA.
