| 摘 要： | 目的分析93例痰培养阳性复治涂阳肺结核的耐药及化疗效果。方法2001～2005登记的复治涂阳肺结核病例痰培养阳性并同时做药物敏感试验，采用2H3R323E3s3／6H3R3E3方案治疗。治疗期间至少进行三次痰结核菌检查。结果敏感组46例，耐药组47例，敏感组疗程结束阴转率为87％。耐药组阴转率为59．6％。结论复治涂阳肺结核病例如发生耐药，尤其是耐多药，治疗效果敏感者差。积极对新发初治涂阳肺结核患者的彻底治疗，减少耐药病例的发生，对控制结核病具有重要意义。
