尿路梗阻性肾功能不全的手术治疗

目的探讨尿路梗阻性肾功能不全的治疗方法.方法首先解除引起肾功能损害的梗阻因素,观察解除梗阻因素后肾功能的变化情况.结果 25例患者中,9例尿路梗阻持续2周以内者,肾功能全部自行改善;10例持续2周～3个月者中,8例肾功能自行改善;6例持续3个月以上者,均未能自行改善.结论及时解除尿路梗阻因素,有利于肾功能的恢复;尽可能争取2周以内解除尿路梗阻因素,可避免造成肾功能不可逆性损害.

Operative Treatment on the Obstruction of Urinary Tract with Renal Insufficiency

[Objective] To explore the treating method for obstruction of urinary tract with renal insufficiency. [Methods] Firstly, the obstruction of urinary tract was removed, and then the changes of renal function were observed. [Results] The renal function of 9 cases out of 25 who had endured obstruction of urinary tract for within 2 weeks resumed automatically; that of 8 cases out of 10 who had endured obstruction of urinary tract for a period of 2 weeks to 3 months resumed automatically; none of the 6 cases who had endured obstruction of urinary tract for more than a consistence of 3 months resumed automatically. [ Conclusion] It is quite beneficial to remove the obstruction of urinary tract for the resumption of renal function; removing the obstruction within 2 weeks can avoid irreversible impairs on the kidney.
