中西医结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法选择156例患者随机分为两组，治疗组80例，予以中医辨证治疗，同时口服与来酸曲美布汀；对照组76例，口服马来酸曲美布汀；疗程均为6周。结果治疗组显效率68．75％，有效率28．75％，总有效率97．50％；对照组显效率46．06％，有效率；36．84％，总有效率82．90％；两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗，值得临床进一步观察应用。

Clinical observation of trimebutine maleate in the treating irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To observe the effects of trimebutine maleate in the treating irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 156 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into treating group（80IBS,trimebutine maleate for 6 weeks） and conventional group（76IBS,trimebutine maleate for 6 weeks） Results The efficacy of treating group was 68.75%,28.75%,97.50%, and the efficacy of conventional group was 46.60%,36.84%,82.90%,（all：P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of combination of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome is obviously better than Western medicine only.
