摘    要:目的 探究概念图思维护理联合LEARNS健康教育模式对子宫全切患者的影响。方法 选取2020年6月至2022年12月浙江大学医学院附属第二医院临平院区收治的子宫脱垂患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为常规组和联合组,每组各40例。常规组患者接受常规护理干预,联合组患者接受概念图思维护理联合LEARNS健康教育模式干预;比较两组患者的临床指标、自护能力、心理水平变化和术后并发症发生情况。结果 联合组患者的肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间、住院时间均显著短于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的自护能力测定量表(exercise of self-care agency scale,ESCA)各维度评分均显著高于本组干预前,焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均显著低于本组干预前(P<0.05),联合组患者的ESCA各维度评分均显著高于常规组,SAS、SDS评分均显著低于常规组(P<0.05);联合组患者的术后并发症发生率显著低...

Effect of concept map thinking nursing combined with LEARNS health education model on patients with total hysterectomy
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of concept map thinking nursing combined with LEARNS health education model on patients with total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine prolapse admitted to Linping District, the Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine from June 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. According to the random number table, patients were divided into conventional group and combined group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in conventional group received routine nursing intervention, and patients in combined group received concept map thinking nursing combined with LEARNS health education model intervention. The clinical indexes, self-care ability, psychological level and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results The anal exhaust time, bowel sound recovery time, first defecation time and hospital stay in combined group were significantly shorter than those in conventional group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of the exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCA) in two groups were significantly higher than before intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were significantly lower than before intervention (P<0.05). The ESCA scores in combined group were significantly higher than those in conventional group, and SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those in conventional group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in combined group was significantly lower than that in conventional group (12.50% vs. 32.50%, 2=4.588, P=0.032). Conclusion Concept map thinking nursing combined with LEARNS health education model has a significant effect on postoperative recovery of patients with total hysterectomy. It can enhance self-care ability, relieve anxiety and depression, reduce postoperative pain and the risk of complications, and the overall effect is considerable.
