摘    要:目的 分析优化操作方法在静脉用药集中调配中心(pharmacy intravenous admixture services,PIVAS)护理管理中的应用效果及对临床安全用药的影响。方法 选取2019年6月至2020年6月操作方法优化前调配的21 437组药物为对照组,选取2020年7月至2021年6月操作方法优化后调配的22 562组药物为观察组,所有药物均经由PIVAS的20名工作人员进行调配,对照组采用医院常规管理措施,观察组则对常规管理措施进行优化。比较两组工作人员的操作能力、工作质量指标、违规操作和调配差错、安全用药知识认知情况及满意度。结果 观察组工作人员的基础临床、专科临床理论与操作得分、工作质量各项指标评分、各项安全用药知识认知合格情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组违规操作发生率及调配差错率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组工作人员的总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对PIVAS操作方法进行优化可有效提高工作人员的操作能力和专业水平,提升工作质量,降低违规操作及调配差错发生风险,增加工作人员对临床工作的满意度。

Application of optimized operation method in nursing management of pharmacy intravenous admixture services
Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of optimized operation method in nursing management of pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS) and its influence on clinical safe drug use. Methods A total of 21 437 drugs from June 2019 to June 2020 before optimized operation method were selected as control group, 22 562 drugs from July 2020 to June 2021 after optimized operation method were selected as observation group. All drugs were mixed by 20 staff members of PIVAS. The control group adopted the usual hospital management measures, and observation group adopted optimized management measures. The operating ability, work quality index, illegal operation, dispensing errors, knowledge cognition of safe drug use and satisfaction of two groups of staff were compared. Results The scores of theory and operation of basic clinical, specialized clinical, work quality index scores, and knowledge of safe drug use in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of illegal operation and dispensing error in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The optimized to PIVAS of operation method can effectively improve the operation ability and professional level of the staff, improve the work quality, reduce the risk of illegal operation and dispensing error, and increase the satisfaction of the staff on the clinical work.
