| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳糜胸的原因及早期诊治方法。方法：回顾性分析临床病历记录及相关献。结果：35例乳糜胸中．创伤性26例，非创伤性9例。手术治疗15例手术，其中除1例死亡外，其余痊愈，平均治愈时间14．5d。保守治疗20例有效，平均治愈时间27d。结论：手术创伤仍是当前乳糜胸主要原因；创伤乳糜胸的早期诊断及积极的手术治疗，可达到很好疗效。非创伤乳糜胸保守治疗效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the cause of chylothorax and the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Method:A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted and the related literature was reviewed.Result:There were 35 cases of chylothorax,in which 26 were caused by trauma and the other not by trauma.15 patients received operation in which 14 were healed and 1 died with the average recovering time of 14.5 days, while for patients undergone the expectant treatment, the average recovering was 27 days.Conclusion:The main cause of chylothorax is still surgical trauma,early diagnosis and surgical treatment for traumatic chylothorax could achieve a good prognosis,and expectant treatment is better to chylothorax not due to trauma. |
