2000～2005年日照市非预检献血者血液检测结果分析

目的]了解非预检献血者相关疾病感染状况,以便提高血液质量,控制不合格献血.方法]对日照市2000～2005年无偿献血的非预检献血者血液检测结果进行分析.结果]合计检测57 581份,不合格率为6.79%,其中ALT异常率为3.57%,HBsAg阳性率为2.72%,抗-HCV阳性率为0.29%,抗-HIV阳性率为0.002%,梅毒抗体阳性率为0.49%.总不合格率,18～28岁为4.49%,29～38岁为5.22%,39～55岁为8.12%（P＜0.01）.结论]无偿献血人群梅毒抗体阳性率较高,其他指标的不合格率均较低.

Analysis on Blood Test Result of Blood Donors without Previous Blood Test in Rizhao from 2000 to 2005

Objective]To find out the infection status of blood donors who needn't previous blood test in order to improve the blood quatity and control the substandard donors.Methods]To analyze the blood-testing results of donors who needn't previous blood test in Rizhao from 2000 to 2005.Results]57 581 blood donors were tested and the total unqualified rate was 6.79%,ALT abnormal rate was 3.57%,HBsAg positive rate was 2.72%,anti-HCV positive rate was 0.29%,anti-HIV positive rate was 0.002% and anti-TP positive rate was 0.49%.The total unqualified rates of 18 to 28 years old group,29 to 38 years old group and 39 to 55 years old group were 4.49%,5.22%,and 8.12% respectively.Conclusion]The anti-TP positive rate of voluntary blood donors was higher,while the unqualified rates of other target were lower.
