纽曼系统模式理论在中老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用

目的 探讨纽曼系统模式理论对中老年糖尿病患者护理干预的效果.方法 将122例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各61例.对照组采用常规护理及糖尿病相关知识指导;观察组同时应用纽曼系统模式对患者进行三级预防护理干预.干预前后采用自行设计的患者对糖尿病及相关知识知晓率、遵医情况调查表、自我管理评估量表,对两组患者护理干预效果进行评定.结果 干预1年后,各量表评分两组问差异有统计学意义,观察组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 将纽曼系统模式理论运用于中老年糖尿病患者,可使患者掌握疾病的相关知识和有效提高遵医行为,可发掘其自我管理疾病的能力,提高其生活质量.

The application of Newman system pattern theory on the nursing of middle old age diabetic patients

Objective To discuss the effect of Newman system pattern theory on the nursing of middle old age diabetic patients. Methods A total of 122 diabetic patients were randomly divides into observation and control groups, each group had 61 cases. The control group was given the routine nursing and the glycuresis relevance knowledge guideline, the observation group was given three - grade nursing intervention according to Newman system. The relevance knowledge, the condition of subjecting to the treatment and self - management were compared. Results After intervention for 1 year, the scores of observation group were better than those in control group (P < 0. 05 or P <0. 01) . Conclusions Newman system pattern theory has an effect to improve the relevance knowledge and obey to cure behavior, increase the ability of self - management, improve the quality of life.
