顶空气相色谱法测定十滴水中的乙醇量

摘    要:目的:建立十滴水中乙醇量的顶空气相色谱测定法。方法:采用顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法,色谱柱为ZB-Wax毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25mm,涂层厚0.25μm),载气:高纯氮气,FID检测器,柱温:40℃,测定十滴水中的乙醇量。色谱条件:水为溶剂,平衡温度为80℃,平衡时间50min,样品稀释1000倍后顶空进样检测。结果:乙醇的量在0.2×10-3~1×10–2mL·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为:Y=5.7×107X-3128.2(r=0.9997);平均回收率为100.1%(RSD=1.1%,n=6);最低检测限为1.99μg·mL-1。结论:顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法可用于十滴水中乙醇量的测定,该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,对色谱系统影响少。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To determine the contenet of ethanol in Rheo-camphoradin by headspace gas chromatography. METHODS: The contente of ethanol in Rheo-camphoradin was determined by headspace GC on a capillary column (30 m × 0. 25 mm,film thickness 0. 25 μm) at a column temperature of 40℃ . Pure nitrogen served as the carrier gas and FID detector was used. The chromatographic condition was as follows: water was used as solvent and samples were equilibrated at 80℃ for 50 minites and dilated to 1000 times before being injected for determination. RESULTS: The calibration curves of ethonal showed good linearity in the range of 0. 2 × 10-3 ~ 1 × 10-2 mL·mL-1 (the linear equation was as follows: Y = 5. 7 × 107X-3 128. 2,r = 0. 999 7); the average recovery was 100. 1% (RSD = 1. 1% ,n = 6) and the lowest detectable limit was 1. 99 μg·mL-1. CONCLUSION: The result showed that the headspace gas chromatography can be used to determine the content of ethanol in rheo-camphoradin,and this method is accurate,sensitive and reproducible and it has little impact on chromatographic system.
