交锁髓内钉结合弹性髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效观察

目的：总结交锁髓内钉结合弹性髓内钉用于治疗闭合性胫腓骨骨折临床疗效。方法：回顾分析我院2013年1月至2015年12月期间，采用胫骨交锁髓内钉、腓骨弹性髓内钉闭合复位内固定治疗的17例胫腓骨骨折病例。结果：所有患者手术切口均Ⅰ期愈合，骨折均愈合，愈合时间13－28周，平均16．6周。选择 Johner－Wruhs 功能评定标准，本组病例中优14例，良2例，优良率为94．12％。结论：胫骨交锁髓内钉结合腓骨弹性髓内钉闭合复位内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折具备创伤小、并发症少、功能恢复优良率高等优势，具有较好的临床疗效。

Observation of Clinical Curative Effect of Interlocking Intramedullary Nail together with Flexible Intramedullary Nail for Tibia and Fibula Fractrue

Objective:To summarize the clinical Curative effect of Interlocking Intramedullary Nail together with Flexible Intramedullary Nail for Tibia and Fibula FractrueMethods:A retrospective study was performed on a total of 17 cases of the Tibia and Fibula Fractrue treated with Interloc-king Intramedullary Nail and Flexible Intramedullary Nail From January 2013 to December 2015.Results:All surgical incisions healed by first inten-tion.All 17 cases healed after surgery.The healing time was 13-28 weeks.a mean healing time of 16.6 months.Clinical curative effect and function were evaluated according to the Johner-Wruhs scoring criteria:Excellent in 14 cases,good in 2 cases,the excellent and good rate was 94.12%.Con-clusion:Interlocking Intramedullary Nail together with Flexible Intramedullary Nail for Tibia and Fibula Fractrue is an effective treatment with ad-ventage of lesser combinationg and higher excellent-good rate.
