疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗成年腹股沟疝30例的价值体会

目的：探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗成年腹股沟疝30例的价值体会。方法：回顾性分析2013年2月至2014年1月收治的60例成年腹股沟疝患者，其中实施传统疝修补术治疗的患者为A组，给予疝环充填式无张力疝修补术为B组，并观察2组患者的下床时间、手术时间、住院时间、术后疼痛评分及并发症情况。结果：B组的下床时间、手术时间、住院时间、术后疼痛评分均少于A组，并且并发症发生率少于A组，P＜0．05。结论：给予成年腹股沟疝患者填式疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的效果显著，值得推广。

Hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia30 cases worth Experience

Objective:To investigate the hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia appreciate the value of 30 cases.Methods:A retrospective analysis from February 2013 to January 2014 were treated 60 cases of adult inguinal hernia patients,including patients managed traditional hernia repair in the treatment of group A,given hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair for the group B,the two groups were observed and bed time,operative time,hospital stay,postoperative pain score and complications.Results:bed time group B,operative time,hospital stay,postoperative pain scores were less than in group A,and the complication rate is less than A group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The ad-ministration of adult patients with inguinal hernia ring filling filling tension-free hernia repair effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
