| 摘 要： | 目的：研究和分析胃镜下多点活检与病理诊断阳性率的相关性。方法：胃镜下行多点活检病例289例（研究组）及非多点活检病例292例（对照组）行病理诊断阳性率回顾，并进行直线相关分析和逐步回归分析。结果：胃镜下行多点活检病例289例病理诊断阳性率明显高于对照组，且提高对患者的早癌诊断。结论：胃镜下行多点活检可提高病理诊断阳性率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To search and analyse the correlation between multiple biopsies and The positive rate of diagnosis.Methods:Endoscopic biopsy cases downlink multi -point 289 cases (study group)and non -multi -point biopsy cases 292 cases (control group)for pathological diagnosis positive rate review.Results:Endoscopic biopsy downlink multi - point cases 289 cases higher diagnostic yield,and improve the early diagnosis of cancer patients.Conclusions:Endoscopic biopsy can increase downlink multi -pathology diagnostic yield. |
