度洛西汀治疗躯体形式障碍的Me t a分析

目的：探讨度洛西汀治疗躯体形式障碍的疗效。方法：用Meta分析对5项度洛西汀与其他抗抑郁剂治疗躯体形式障碍对照研究的文章进行再分析，评价其合并效应量大小和综合显著性检验。结果：度洛西汀治疗前后的自身对照，合并效应量d＝2．87，95％CI（2．55，3．12），综合显著性检验（x2＝17．34，P＜0．01），提示度洛西汀治疗躯体形式障碍前后症状学变化有非常显著性差异，效应极强；度洛西汀与对照药在第2周末和治疗结束后的组间比较，分别为d＝0．67，95％CI（0．52，0．94），x2＝6．77，P＞0．05；d＝0．42，95％CI（0．22，0．76），x2＝1．44，P＜0．01，提示度洛西汀起效快，两组疗效相仿。结论：度洛西汀与对照药的疗效相仿，但起效快。

Meta-ananlysis of comparative study on duloxetine in the treatment of somatoform disorder

Objective:To study the difference of efficacy of duloxetine in the treatment of somatoform disorders.Methods:5 comparative studies of duloxetine and other antidepressants in the treatment of somatoform disorders were analyzed by meta-ananlysis.Results:The significant difference in change of symptom after and before treatment by duloxetine was found,d= 2.87,95%CI(2.55,3.12),x2= 17.34,P<0.01.Comparison between du-loxetine and the controlled antidepressants at 2 weeks treatment and at the end of each trial showed that d= 0.67,95%CI(0.52,0.94),x2= 6.77,P>0.05;d= 0.42,95%CI(0.22,0.76),x2= 1.44,P<0.01,Which revealed that there was no significant difference between duloxetine and other antide-pressants.However,duloxetine had a rapid effect on symptoms.Conclusion:Duloxetine has a similar clinical effecacy with controlled antidepressants, and rapid treatment effect.
