丹阳市2012－2014年糖尿病筛查现况调查及因素相关性分析

目的：了解2012－2014年丹阳市糖尿病患病现状，分析糖尿病与吸烟、腰围的相关性，为进一步改善公共卫生服务提供参考。方法：2012－2014年对丹阳市12个乡镇18～64周岁常住居民进行筛查（血糖监测、腰围、吸烟情况等），采用χ2检验分析不同年份、性别和城乡类型居民的糖尿病患病率，同时采用病例对照研究的方法分析糖尿病患病与腰围、吸烟的相关性。结果：不同年份、性别和城乡居民糖尿病患病均存在统计学差异（P ＜0．05）。2013年糖尿病患病率最高，为2．73％，2014年又呈现下降的趋势；女性糖尿病患病率为2．45％，显著高于男性的2．00％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝94．295，P ＜0．001），农村糖尿病患病率为2．24％，显著高于城镇的2．11％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4．142，P ＝0．041）；吸烟人群发生糖尿病是不吸烟人群的1．583倍，腰围超标人群发生糖尿病是腰围正常人群的2．552倍。结论：糖尿病筛查是发现未知糖尿病患者的有效有段，及时发现糖尿病，及早进行治疗，加大控烟力度和提倡积极健康的饮食习惯，避免肥胖或超重，可以降低居民糖尿病患病率，应进一步完善基本公共卫生服务，加大糖尿病的筛查力度，从而改善患者的健康水平。

The analyzing of 2012-2014 Nian Danyang diabetes screening status and factors

Objective:Danyang diabetes status in 2012-2014,analysis the correlation of diabetes and smoking,waist circumference,provide refer-ence for further improve public health services.Methods:2012-2014 to danyang 12 township 18 ~ 64 years old residents screening (blood glucose mo-nitoring,waist circumference,smoking status,etc.),using different years,sex,and chi-square test analysis of diabetes among urban and rural resi-dents type,at the same time,adopt the method of case-control study analyze the association between waist circumference,smoking and diabetes.Re-sults:Different years,sex,and urban and rural residents with diabetes were statistical differences (P <0.05).Highest prevalence in 2013,to 2.73%, and presents the downward trend in 2014;Women diabetes prevalence was 2.45%,significantly higher than 2.00% of the male,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =94.295,P <0.001),rural diabetes prevalence was 2.24%,significantly higher than 2.11 % of the town,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.142,P =0.041).Smokers in diabetes is 1 .583 times that of the smokers,the waist is overweight people diabetes waistline 2.552 times that of the normal population.Conclusion:Diabetes screening is found effective for a unknown people with diabetes,timely find diabetes,early treatment,increase the intensity of tobacco control and promote positive and healthy eating habits,avoid obese or overweight,diabetes prevalence,can reduce the residents should further perfect the basic public health services,increase the intensity of diabetes screening,thus improving the patient’s health.
