HRCT 对肺结核活动性诊断价值的 ROC 分析

目的：探讨肺结核高分辨率 CT（high－resolution CT，HRCT）表现并分析对其活动性的价值。材料与方法：搜集经实验学、影像学检查及临床综合确诊的活动性肺结核25例分入病例组，另搜集年龄、性别分布较为相似并同样经影像学、实验学及临床综合确诊的25例非活动性肺结核25例分入对照组。两组病例经两名年资不同放射学医师独立阅读后行受试者操作曲线（Reveiver operating curve，ROC）分析。结果：两名医师对肺结核的活动性判别的 ROC 分析中，HRCT 曲线下面积（Area of under curve，AUC）值高于普通 CT，HRCT 对肺部结核活动性的判别有潜在价值。

The ROC Analyse of Diagnosis value of active pulmonary tuberculosis by using High-resolution CT

Objective:To study the valuation and the appearance of high-resolution CT in the diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:Collect the experimental study,an integrated imaging and clinical diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis cases of 25 patients divided into groups, and the other to collect age,gender distribution is similar and also by imaging,laboratory and clinical diagnosis of 25 cases of inactive pulmonary tuber-culosis 25 cases divided into control group.The two groudps were read with double blind medthod by two radiologist with different seniorty and the re-sult be analyzed by ROC(Reveiver operating curve).Conclusion:Area of under curve(AUC)value for HRCT is higher than ordinary CT in the ROC analysis,HRCT has potential value on the discrimination of activities of pulmonary tuberculosis.
