脑外伤合并视神经损伤的诊断方法和手术治疗的临床价值研究

目的：研究分析脑外伤合并视神经损伤的诊断方法和手术治疗的临床价值。方法：选取该院自2013年3月至2014年3月的脑外伤以及脑出血手术约200例患者作为研究对象，其中脑肿瘤手术的患者约20例，脑动脉瘤手术的患者约15例，对其临床诊断方法以及手术价值进行总结分析。结果：200例脑外伤合并视神经损伤患者经手术治疗之后显效120（60．0％），有效70例（35．0％），总有效率为95．0％。结论：采用眶部 CT 检查诊断脑外伤合并视神经损伤具有重要临床意义，采用视神经减压术治疗脑损伤合并视神经损伤的疗效非常显著，值得临床广泛使用和推广。

Diagnostic methods for brain injury combined with optic nerve injury and surgical treatment of the clinical value of research

Objective:to study the diagnostic method for analysis of brain injury combined with optic nerve injury and the clinical value of surgical treatment.Methods:our hospital from March 201 3 to March 201 4 traumatic brain injuries and about 200 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage surgery as the research object,of which about 20 patients with brain tumor surgery,about 1 5 patients with cerebral aneurysm surgery,summarized the value of the clinical diagno-sis method and operation analysis.Results:200 cases of patients after surgical treatment for brain injury combined with optic nerve injury were 1 20 (60.0%), effective in 70 cases (35.0%),the total effective rate was 95.0%.Conclusions:the orbit of CT examination has important clinical significance for diagnosis of brain injury combined with optic nerve injury,the optic nerve decompression curative effect is very significant for treatment of brain injury combined with optic nerve injury,worthy of clinical use and promotion.
