73例不育男性患者的精液及精子活力特点分析

目的：探讨不育男性中弱精子症患者精液及精子活力特点。方法：73例因不育前来检验精液的男性（年龄24～46岁）作为观察对象。检验过程参照临床检验操作规程，采用国产SQIAS－2000精子质量图文分析系统检测。结果：（1）精子活力特点：弱精子症48例（66％），精子活力正常20例（28％），无精子5例（6％）（2）液化情况：不液化12例（16％），不完全液化17例（23％），完全液化44例（61％）。其中弱精子症48例标本中有22例液化不全或不液化（45％）（3）其它：检出5例白细胞异常（6．8％），未检出红细胞异常标本。结论：本调查分析表明男性不育患者中弱精子患者占一半以上比例，精液液化情况，精液中的红细胞、白细胞对精子活力没有明显影响。

The Analysis about 73 Casesof Infertile Men’s Sperm and Sperm Motility

Objective:To evaluate the infertile men with azoospermia’S semen characteristics and sperm motility.Methods:The 73 cases infertility men were observed (aged 24 to 46 years old).The test was referred Clinical Laboratory Procedures.The SQIAS-2000 image detected sperm quality. Results:(1)Sperm motility characteristics:The asthenospermia was 48 cases (66%).The patient with normal vitality was 20 cases (28%).The azoospermia was 5 patients (6%);(2)Liquefaction:The 12 cases did not liquefied (16 %).The17 cases were incomplete liquefaction (23%).The complete liquefaction were 44 cases (61%).The 22cases were abnormal liquefaction in the 48 cases asthenospermia (45%);(3)The test found five ca-ses with abnormal white blood cells (6 .8%).We didn’t detect the specimen with red blood cell.Conclusion:The survey showed that the asthenosper-mia accounted for more than half in infertile men.The red blood cell,white blood cell and semen liquefaction doesn’t matter the sperm motility.
