| 摘 要： | 收集8例乳腺原发性非何杰金淋巴瘤进行回顾性研究。6例临床诊断乳腺癌并行根治术，其中4例术中冰冻切片，均误诊为髓样痛和低分化癌。7例作了免疫组化检查，LCA全部阳性，其中6例L26阳性，1例UCHL1阳性，余1例为髓外装细胞瘤．提示乳腺恶性淋巴瘤多数为B淋巴细胞性。研究结果显示：本病在临床和病理诊断中易误诊为乳腺癌，免疫组化有助于鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | We've collected 8 cases of primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in breast for teviewing study. The 6 cases from them were diagnosed as breast carcinoma and underwent radical operation. Among those 6 cases,frozen section examination was carried out in 4cases- All of them were mis-diagnosed as medullary carcinoma and poor differentiated carcinoma. Immunohistochemical examination was carried out in 7 cases, LCA positive was found in all cases. Among them L26 pcoitive in 6 cases, UCHL1 positive in 1 case were found.The rest 1 case was extramedullary plasmacytomen lt means most of breast malignant lymphoma were B-cell lymphoma. It is demon strated that immunohistochemical examination for non-Hedgkin's lymphoma is helpful for differential diagnosis. |
