婴儿肝炎综合征伴感染性肺炎时的血象分析

目的探讨婴儿肼炎综合征(IHS)患儿感染时血象的改变。方法对254例IHS患儿进行CMV(巨细胞病毒)-IgM、血五分类及胸片、痰细菌培养的检测。结果CMV感染细菌性肺炎IHS组较非CMV感染细菌性肺炎IHS组、非IHS组的白细胞及中性粒细胞数均明显降低,两组IHS肺炎组较非IHS组的白细胞也明显降低,结果均有统计学意义。结论IHS患儿细菌感染时白细胞数无明显升高,合并CMV感染时白细胞及中性粒细胞数降低更明显。

A study of haemogram with infected pneumonia in the cases of infant hepatitis syndrome

Objective It was studied of the alter of haemogram with infections in the cases of infant hepatitis syndrome (IHS). Methods 254 cases with IHS were detected in CMV(Cytomegalovirus)-IgM, blood count, chest radiography and bacterial culture of sputum.Results There were marked decreases comparing with the group of IHS with bacterial pneumonia suffered from CMV infections and the similar group of non CMV infections, the group of non IHS in counts of white blood cell and neutrophil. So were the group of IHS with bacterial pneumonia and the group of non-IHS in counts of white blood cell. The results showed statistical differences.Conclusion The white blood cell in the cases of IHS with bacterial infections didnt increase obviously. The white blood cell and neutrophil decreased obviously in the cases of combined with CMV infections.
