| 摘 要： | 目的：研讨2型糖尿病合并肺结核CT表现和特点。方法：45例糖尿病合并肺结核患者全部作常规胸片和胸部CT扫描，部分病例局部行高分辨CT(HRCT)，8例作了增强扫描。结果：96个肺段发现病灶，其中实变为主15例，空洞11例，结节肿块11例，斑片影8例。结论：2型糖尿病合并肺结核CT影象表现多样性，CT(HRCT)对确诊病灶和判断活动性具有决定意义，多发虫蚀样空洞为糖尿病合并肺结核病灶特征表现。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss CT appearance and character of pulmonary tuberculosis in diabetic patients. Methods: CT chest scans and chest plain film were made in 45 diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis including enhancement of 8 patients. Results: CT imaging showed lesion in 96 lung segments. There weremainly active lesion as consolidation 15, opacity 11, modosity and mass 11. Conclusion: CT imaging of pulmonary tuberculosis in diabetes is multiple. CT (HRCT; can diagnose its lesion and activity. Multiple small bubble cavity is characteristic appearance of pulmonary tuberculosis of diabeties |
