中西医结合治疗肝硬化临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗肝硬化的疗效。方法 57例患者随机分为二组。观察组予拉米夫定 中药 护肝治疗，对照组予拉米夫定 护肝治疗，服药期间定期检查肝功能，肝纤维化标志物。结果 观察组肝功能、肝纤维化标志物及临床自觉症状的改善明显好于对照组，以远期疗效（18个月）为尤。结论：中西医结合治疗对肝硬化有较好的远期疗效。

OBSERVATION OF TREATMENT FOR POST HEPATITIC CIRRHOSIS BY INTEGRTED TRADITIONAL CHINESE AND WESTERN MEDICINE

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for post hepatitic cirrhosis. Methods 57 cases of post hepatitic cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups, one group was treated with Lamivudine, Chinese herbs and drug of protecting liver; the other with Lamivudine and drug of protecting liver. The items of liver were assayed in all patients and contrasted between two groups. Results Improvements of the therapy group on items of liver and markers of hepaticfibrosis were superior to those of the control group, particularly in long term result. Conclusion Therapy of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for post hepatitic cirrhosis is efficient and reliable.
