摘 要: | 目的观察大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗百草枯的疗效。方法将29例百草枯中毒患者随机分为两组,对照组12例应用常规治疗加地塞米松,治疗组17例在常规治疗基础上加大剂量甲基强的松龙应用。结果在研究两组病死率期间,两组基本状况相似,对照组的肝功能损害、肾功能损害、中毒性心肌炎和低氧血症的发生率分别为25.0%、58.3%、50.0%和75.0%;而治疗组分别为35.3%、52.9%、47.1%和41.2%,两组间无统计学差异。而对照组的住院时间(11.75±6.04)短于治疗组(21.64±7.83),P〈0.05。对照组病死率(75.0%,9/12)高于治疗组(29.4%,5/17),P〈O.05。结论与地塞米松相比较,大剂量甲强龙治疗百草枯中毒,能够延长患者的住院时间,降低病死率。

Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of large dose of methylprednisolone for paraquat poisoning. Methods 29 cases with paraqua poisoning were divided into two groups. The conventional therapy plus dexamethason was performed in the control group( 12 cases) ,and the conventional therapy plus large dose methylprednisolone was used in the treatment group( 17 cases). Results The prevalence of hepatitis,acute renal failure,toxic myocarditis and hypoxia were 25.0% ,58.3% ,50.0% and 75.0% in control group,respectively,and 35.3% ,52.9% ,47.1% and 41.2% in treatment group respectively. There were no significant differences of prevalence rate of those symptoms between the two groups. However,the hospitalization days in treatment group(21.64 ±7.83) were longer than those in the control group( 11.75 ±6.04) ,P 〈0.05 ,and the mortality of the treatment group ( 29.4% ,5/17 ) was lower than that of the control group ( 75% , 9/12 ), P 〈 O. 05. Conclusion In treatment of paraquat poisoning, the large dose methylprednisolone can reduce the mortality and prolong the hospitalization days as compared with Dexamethasone. |
