| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨83例经皮腰椎间盘切除术(PLD)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中期疗效及其主要并发症的防治.方法 对83例确诊为腰椎间盘突出症患者进行PLD术,并进行3年随访,观察近、中期疗效和并发症.结果 术后PLD有效率:术后6个月92%,术后3年为86.7%.术后并发症主要有:穿刺点血肿2.4%(2/83).后腰背部疼痛3.6...
