| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨单侧神经减压椎间融合椎弓根螺钉固定治疗腰椎间盘突出症的应用价值和实际疗效.方法 对50例腰椎间盘突出患者行腰椎后路经单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定联合单枚Cage的融合手术.结果 所有患者切口均一期愈合.随访时间12-24个月,平均18个月,疗效评定按日本骨科学会(JOA)下腰痛评分评定,本组优良率为92%.结论 单侧...
