| 摘 要： | 目的：分析幼托机构手足口病疫情特征,探讨防控措施。方法：采用分层多级随机抽样选取三地幼托机构,回顾性问卷调查手足口病疫情及其控制情况,采用SPSS12.0软件分析。结果：调查了200个幼托机构,共发生493起手足口病疫情850例病例。班级罹患率6.57%,班级引入率为4.68%,继发率为1.5%,三率随年级升高逐渐递减。21.7%疫情出现继发病例,以小、托班为多,分别为44.86%、26.17%,其中53.27%疫情只出现1例继发病例。结论：重点加强低年级儿童卫生管理,以减少发病;做好晨检,早发现早诊断,病例及时离校居家治疗,可有效降低学校疫情。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze epidemic situation of hand,foot,month disease(HFMD) in kindergartens,and to explore the control measures.Methods Kindergartens in three counties were selected randomly by stratified multistage sampling,and situation was studied retrospectively by questionnaires.Data were analyzed with software SPSS 13.0.Results 200 kindergartens were investigated,in which 493 epidemics attacked and 850 cases were notified.Class incidence rate was 6.57%,with 4.68% of introductory rate and 1.5% of seconda... |
