胃镜检查中确诊的十二指肠球溃疡382例分析

目的：了解不同性别、年龄、季节组十二指肠球部溃疡的检出率,以探讨十二指肠球部溃疡与性别、年龄、季节的关系。方法：对经纤维胃镜检查的2818例门诊及住院患者中确诊的382十二指肠球部溃疡分别按性别、年龄及季节分组,进行回顾性分析比较。结果：各组十二指肠球部溃疡镜检阳性率分别是：男17.14%、女8.22%;≤30岁18.16%、31～40岁13.75%、41～50岁16.04%、51～60岁13.92%、〉60岁7.11%;春12.17%、夏11.59%、秋20.34%、冬11.44%。各组内分别比较：男性多于女性,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;大于60岁组明显少于其它各组,有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;秋季组明显多于其它各组,有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：十二指肠球部溃疡检出率：男性多于女性;60岁以上组明显少于60岁以下其它各年龄组;秋季组明显多于其它各季节组。

Duodenal bulbar ulcer diagnosed by gastroscopy:Analysis of 382 cases

Objective： To investigate the detection rate of duodenal bulbar ulcer for the relation between duodenal bulbar ulcer and sex, age, season. Methods ： A retrospective analysis of 382 cases of duodenal bulbar ulcer diagnosed by gastroscopy in 2 818 out - and in -patients was made. The cases were divided into different groups according to their sex, age, and season, at which the disease occurred. Results ： The detection rate of duodenal bulbar ulcer wasl7.14% in male cases, 8.22% in female cases, 18.16% in cases with their age ≤ 30 years, 13.75% in cases at the age of 31 -40 years, 16.04% in cases at the age of 41 -50 years, 13.92% in cases at the age of 51 -60 years, and 7.11% in cases with their age over 60 years, respectively. The detection rate of duodenal bulbar ulcer was 12.17% in Spring, 11.59% in Summer, 20.34% in Autumn,and 11.44% in Winter, respectively. The detection rate of duodenal bulbar ulcer was higher in males than females, in cases with their age under 60 years than in those with their age above 60 years （ P 〈 0.01 ）, in Autumn than in the other three seasons （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The detection rate of duodenal bulbar ulcer is significantly higher in males than females, in cases with their age under 60 years than in those with their age over 60 years, in Autumn than in the other three seasons.
