| 摘 要： | 目的观察窄谱蓝光联合外用克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法 110例痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组58例,采用窄谱蓝光照射联合外用1%克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗;对照组52例,外用1%克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为75.9%和25.0%,治疗组疗效和有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论窄谱蓝光照射联合外用1%克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗痤疮疗效优于单用克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of narrowband blue light combination with clindamycin phosphate gel on acne vulgaris.Methods 110 patients with mild to moderate acne were randomized to experimental group and control group.The experimental group(58 cases)was treated with narrowband blue light and 1%clindamycin phosphate gel.The control group(52 cases)was only treated with 1%clindamycin phosphate gel.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in the experimental group and control group were 75.9%and 25.0%respectively.The difference of efficiency and the total effective rate were significantly higher in experimental group than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Narrowband blue light combination with clindamycin phosphate gel was an effective and safe method for treating acne and shown to be more efficacious than be used singly clindamycin phosphategel. |
