咳喘1号联合西药治疗儿童支气管哮喘缓解期随机平行对照研究

目的]观察咳喘1号联合西药治疗儿童支气管哮喘缓解期疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组40例酮替芬片,1.5～2mg/d,早、晚2次,口服;过敏性鼻炎者给予氯雷他定片,必要时吸氧、雾化吸入。治疗组40例使用咳喘1号(熟地200g,西潞党120g,淮山药、生黄芪各150g,茯苓150g,白术、石菖蒲各100g,党参80g,桃仁75g,地龙、川芎、五味子各60g,甘草60g,陈皮30g),1剂/d,水煎取100～150mL,分3～4次服用,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1年为1疗程。观测临床疗效、肺功能指标、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈29例,显效6例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈10例,显效11例,有效11例,无效8例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肺功能指标改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]采用咳喘1号联合西药治疗儿童支气管哮喘缓解期能有效地减轻和控制哮喘病情,调节和提高机体免疫功能,改善肺功能,延长缓解期,改善患儿生活质量,具有标本兼治之功,值得推广。

Objective]Observe cough NO 1 combined with Integrative Medicine treatment children with bronchial asthma remission efficacy.Methods]80 patients with bronchial asthma remission were divided into treatment group and control group by treatment sequence number in our hospital,the control group were treated with Ketotifen tablets 1.5 to 2 mg / d,divided into early,late,orally,Allergic rhinitis patients were given loratadine tablets,if necessary,oxygen inhalation.the treatment group on the basis of the control group plus cough NO 1(Shudi 200g,Xiludang 120g,Hauishanyao、Shenghuangqi 150g,Fuling 150g,Baishu,ShiChangpu 100g,Dangshen 80g,Taoren 75g,Dilong,Chuangxiong,Wuweizi 60g,Gancao 60g,Chenpi 30g).1 times / d,water to cook 100 ～ 150 mL,3 to 4 times daily,western medicine was the same to the control group.Continuous treatment for one year for a course.Observation of clinical efficacy,lung function,adverse reactions.Continuous one course of treatment,to determine efficacy.Results]After treatment,treatment group patients 29 cases were cure,6 cases effective,3 cases effective,2 cases invalid,the total efficiency was 95.0%.Control group patients 10 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,11 cases effective 8 cases invalid,the total efficiency of 80.0%.treatment group efficacy was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Lung function to improve the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion]Cough NO 1 combined with Integrative Medicine treatment children with bronchial asthma remission can effectively reduce and to control asthma adjust and improve immune function,improve lung function,prolong remission and improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical.
