盐酸雷尼替丁-β-环糊精包合物的研制

 目的：研究盐酸雷尼替丁-β-环糊精包合物的制备方法。方法：采用饱和溶液法制备盐酸雷尼替丁-β-环糊精包合物，并用红外光谱、X-射线衍射进行鉴定。结果：盐酸雷尼替丁-β-环糊精包合物主、客分子比为2∶1，平均包药量为12.41%±0.15%，平均收率75.8%±3.8%。结论：盐酸雷尼替丁-β-环糊精包合物可掩盖其不良嗅味。

The preparation of inclusion compound of ranitidine-β-cyclodextrin

OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation method of the inclusion compound of ranitidine-β-cyclodextrin(CD).METHOD:The inclusion compound of ranitidine-β-CD was prepared by saturated solution method,and it was proved by structure examination of infrared spectra and X-ray diffraction.RESULTS:The molecular rate of ranitidine to β-CD in the inclusion compound was 1∶2,its average drug content was 12.41%±0.15%,and its average rate of recovery was 75.8%±3.8%.CONCLUSION:The inclusion compound of ranitidine-β-CD can mask the bad smell of ranitidine.
