慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺气虚证与血管内皮细胞功能的关系

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺气虚证与血管内皮细胞功能的关系。方法选取中医辨证为肺气虚的COPD患者35例作为观察组,并与同期医院体检健康人群中选择30名作为正常对照组。观察组予左氧氟沙星,每次0.2 g,每日2次;氨溴索片,每次30 mg,每日3次。并加服益气健脾、宣肺化痰中药,日1剂,水煎服。正常对照组不予任何治疗。观察正常对照组及观察组治疗前后血浆组织型纤溶原激活物(tPA)、血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI-1)、血浆一氧化氮(NO)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)的含量。结果观察组治疗前tPA、PAI-1、vWF含量与本组治疗后及正常对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COPD肺气虚证与血管内皮功能相关,此型患者血管内皮细胞功能损伤,血液处于高凝状态。

The relationship between syndromes of deficiency of Qi with chron ic obstructive pulmonary diseases and functions of endothelial cell

Objective To discuss the relationship between syndromes of deficiency of qi with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)and functions of endothelial cell.Methods 35 cases with deficiency of lung-qi were in treatment group,meanwhile,30 healthy people in the hospital were put in control group.The treatment group was given Levofloxacin tablets 0.2g each time,twice a day;Ambroxol tablets 30 mg each time,3 times a day and Chinese medicine which could replenish qi to invigorate spleen and disperse lung to resolve phlegm,one dose a day.The control group was given no treatment. Recording the content of tPA,PAI-1,NO and vWF for both group before and after the treatment.Results The content of those values of the treatment group after the treatment was quite different from its former state and that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There was a close relationship between the deficiency of lung-qi of COPD and the functions of endothelial cell,patients with this disease had the dysfunction of endothelial cell and the blood was in a highly coagulated condition.
