Ets-1、c-myc在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达及意义

目的 探讨Ets-1、c—myc在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达与肿瘤预后复发的关系。方法 利用免疫组化SP法检测Ets-1、c—myc在30例采用刮除手术治疗的骨巨细胞瘤患者石蜡切片中的表达。结果 30例骨巨细胞瘤患者，其中复发10例，复发率33．3％。Ets-1在复发组中阳性表达5例，未复发组4例，差异无显著性。复发组与未复发组c—myc阳性表达分别为6例、4例，存在统计学差异。两者同时表达在复发组与未复发组分别为4例、1例。Ets-1和c—myc同时过表达与骨巨细胞瘤复发有关。结论 在排除手术方式影响下，c-myc表达与Ets-1、c—myc同时表达可以作为帮助评估骨巨细胞瘤预后复发的参考指标。

Expression and significance of Ets-1, c-myc in giant cell tumor of bone

Objective] To analyze the expression of Ets-1 and c-myc in giant cell tumor of bone which were surgically treated by local excision.Methods] The expression of Ets-1 and c-myc was examined in 30 giant cell tumor of bone specimens which were formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded sections by streptavidin-biotin immunoperoxi-dase method.Results] There were 10 recurrent cases in this 30 patients group treated by local excision.5 of 10 recurrent cases of giant cell tumor of bone showed an Ets-1 positive reaction.4 of 20 primary cases of giant cell tumor of bone showed positive reaction.Ets-1 expression significantly didn,t increase(P >0.05)in recurrent group.6 of 10 recurrent cases of giant cell tumor of bone showed an c-myc positive reaction,and 4 of 20 primary cases of giant cell tumor of bone an c-myc positive reaction.c-myc expression significantly increased(P <0.05)in recurrent group.4 of 10 recurrent cases of giant cell tumor of bone showed Ets-1 and c-myc positive reaction,and 1 of 20 primary cases of giant cell tumor of bone showed Ets-1 and c-myc positive reaction.There was a statistically significant co-rrelation between the overexpression of Ets-1 and c-myc in giant cell tumor of bone and recurrence(P <0.05).Conclusion] Expression of c-myc and expression of both Ets-1 and c-myc can help estimate the prognosis and recurrence of giant cell tumor of bone treated by local excision.
