非持续性室性心动过速患者心率变异的研究

对非持续性室性心动过速（ＮＳＶＴ）患者进行心率变异（ＨＲＶ）分析。记录２４ｈ动态心电图分析６个ＨＲＶ时域指标，并对照分析ＮＳＶＴ发作前、后的窦性Ｒ－Ｒ间期标准差（ＳＤ）。结果：ＮＳＶＴ患者（ｎ＝３５）之ＨＲＶ时域指标中２４ｈ平均Ｒ－Ｒ间期（ＭＲＲＩ）、ＳＤ、５ｍｉｎ节段Ｒ－Ｒ间期均值的标准差（ＳＤＡ）、５ｍｉｎ节段Ｒ－Ｒ间期标准差的均值（ＭＳＤ）较正常对照组（ｎ＝１０５）明显下降（其中ＳＤ为９０．８８±３７．７７ｍｓｖｓ１４３．１８±３１．００ｍｓ，Ｐ＜０．０１），与病例对照组（ｎ＝４４）比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。ＮＳＶＴ发作前、后５ｍｉｎ和１ｈ的ＳＤ（５ｍｉｎＲ－Ｒ节段）无显著性差异。结论：ＮＳＶＴ患者ＨＲＶ较正常对照组下降，但ＨＲＶ下降与ＮＳＶＴ无明显关系。

Time Domain Analysis of Heart Rate Variability in Patients With Nonsustained Ventricular Tachycardia

Heart rate variability (HRV) was studied in Holter recordings of the patients who experenced nonsustained ventricular tachycardia (NSVT) during recording.Time domain indexes of HRV were calculated from Holter recordings of 35 patients who had NSVT during monitoring,the first control group consisted of 105 healthy subjects,the 2ed control group which comprised 44 patients with structural heart diseases,of comparable age and gender and NYHA heart function.The standard deviation of normal R R intervals for 5 minute (SD) at the time of 5 minute and 1 hour before and after NSVT occurred were also analyzed.Standard deviation of all normal R R intervals,standard deviation of the average normal R R intervals for 5 minute segments and mean of the standard deviation of all normal R R intervals decreased significantly in NSVT group than that in the 1st control group( P <0.01),but no significant differences were found between NSVT group and the 2nd control group( P >0.05).SD had no remarkable changes before and after NSVT occurred.Conclusions:HRV is decreased in NSVT patients,but the decreased HRV is not associated with NSVT.
