| 摘 要： | 对５例阵发性心房扑动（简称房扑）患者行右房射频消融术。３例单型房扑消融成功，２例复合型房扑／房颤失败。３例成功者随访６个月无复发。房扑与右房内大折返运动有密切关系。射频消融结果与右房结构、房扑的类型及折返运动有关。右房射频消融的远期效果仍有待研究

| Abstract: | Radiofrequency (RF) catheter ablation was applied in 5 consecutive patients (Pts) with atrial flutter (AFL) and structural heart diease.Target sites were localized using both anatomic approach (the isthmus between the tricuspid vale and inferior vena cava orifice,coronary sinus os) and right atrial endocardiol activation.The leasions were ablated by RF current after mapping.3 Pts had successful ablation of AFL (Eletrophysiologic study documented type I in 2,type II in 1).No recurrence revealed within 6 months follow up period.2 Pts were unsuccessful (Two types of AFL).Anatomic structure and the the type of AFL were related to the reentrant circuit and the result of RF ablation.Long term outcome should be followed up.Recurrence of AFL is still a big problem. |
