葛根素对实验性代谢综合征影响的研究

 目的观察葛根素对实验性代谢综合征的影响。方法10%果糖水喂养Wistar大鼠6周后,检测血甘油三酯及空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素浓度,计算胰岛素敏感指数。然后腹腔注射葛根素高剂量(100 mg·kg^-1)和低剂量(50 mg·kg^-1),以二甲双胍为阳性对照,连续给药6周后,检测血压、口服葡萄糖耐量、葡萄糖输注率、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果模型组大鼠血糖升高,胰岛素敏感指数下降。葛根素干预后,与模型组比较,口服葡萄糖耐量降低,葡萄糖输注率增加(P<0.01);血压、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低,高密度酯蛋白胆固醇升高(P<0.05)。结论葛根素对果糖诱导的代谢综合征有治疗作用。

Treatment of Metabolic Syndrome with Puerarin in Rats

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of puerarin on metabolic syndrome(MS).METHODS The Wistar rats were fed with 10% fructose water.Fasting blood glucose,insulin,TG were determined and the insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was calculated after 6 weeks.The rats were intravascully given puerarin high dose(100 mg·kg^-1)and puerarin low dose(50 mg·kg^-1)for 6 weeks respectirely,and dimethylbiguanide was used as positive control.The pressure,glucose infusion rate(GIR),OGTT,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C were determined after administration.RESULTS The blood glucose of rats in model group was increased and ISI was decreased.Compared with the rats in model group,OGTT in Puerarin high dose group and puerarin low dose group was decreased,GIR was increased(P<0.01),blood pressure,TC,TG,LDL-C were decreased and HDL-C was increased(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Puerarin can treat MS induced by fructose.
