| 摘 要： | 目的:比较腰-硬联合麻醉(CSEA)和硬膜外麻醉(CEA)在剖宫产术的临床效果.方法:随机将无妊娠合并症的60例产妇,随机分为腰一硬联合麻醉组和硬膜外麻醉组.观察两组病例的阻滞情况,镇痛和肌松情况,不良反应、新生儿评分情况.结果:腰硬联合麻醉起效快,运动阻滞效果好,镇痛和肌松效果好,不良反应少与硬膜外麻醉比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05),新生儿评分两组间无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论: 腰一硬联合麻醉可为产科手术提供快速、良好的止痛和肌松,是目前产科手术理想的麻醉方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the clinical effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA) and continuous epidural anesthesia(CEA) on cesarean section.Method: 60 cases were divided into CSEA and CEA group randomly and then observe the status of block analgesia,muscle relaxation,side effect and neonatal Apgar score.Result: It's effective in a short period of CSEA,with better motor block and analgesia,muscle relaxation.There's significance difference in side effect(P<0.05),and no difference in Apgar(P>0.05) between two groups.Conclusion: It's an ideal anesthesia method for obstetrics with ESEA,which is rapid effect,and with good analgesia and muscle relaxation. |
