摘    要:目的检测Hiwi基因在膀胱移行细胞癌组织切片中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,对Hiwi基因在膀胱癌组织切片中的表达情况进行检测。结果Hiwi蛋白表达的阳性细胞百分率在不同临床分期的膀胱移行细胞癌即浅表性膀胱癌(Tis、Ta、T1)和浸润性膀胱癌(T2、T3、T4)之间存在显著性差异,(P〈0.01)。Hiwi蛋白的阳性表达率随病理级别增高而递增,不同病理分级(G1、G2和G3)之间存在显著性差异,(P〈0.01)。结论Hiwi基因可能成为膀胱癌一个潜在的基因治疗靶点,并作为基因治疗靶点的体外实验研究提供了实验基础。

Expression of Hiwi gene in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder tissue Slice

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of Hiwi gene in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder tissue slice. Methods We used immunohistochemistry to analyze the expression of Hiwi gene in bladder carcinoma slice. Results The Hiwi protein masculine expression rate in differe cilnic by stages namely superficial bladder(Tis,Ta,Tl ) and invasion cancer (T2,T3,T4) is differ,The difference is significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). but has significant difference in different pathological grades( G1 ,G2 和 G3 ) ( P 〈 0.01 ). Hiwi protein is also detected in the cell lines T24 and BIU-87 So the cell lines 324 and BIU - 87 can express Hiwi gene. Conclusion Hi- wi gene could be used as a potential gene therapy target, and our results provide an experimental base for future vitro experimental study in which Hiwi may be the gene therapy target.
