| 摘 要： | 目的：研究立体定向伽玛刀对海绵窦区脑膜瘤治疗效果。方法：对１４２例进行治疗，其中男５２例，女９０例。平均年龄４９．５岁。对１０７例连续随访研究４￣９８个月。并对神经状况和瘤体变化作出评价。结果：无死亡率。肿瘤体积缩小５２例，保持稳定５０例，体积增大５例，新的颅神经损害发生率为５．６％。结论：伽玛刀对适当病例进行治疗是一种疗效肯定、并发症极少的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of stereotactic Gamma knife on cavernous meningiomas. Methods: 142 patients (52 males and 90 females, aged from 7 to 86 years, an average of 49.5ys) were treated with Gamma knife. 107 patients underwent a follow up study of 4 to 98 months (an average of 27 months). Results: No mortality curred in the series. The tumor volume decreased in 52 (48.6%), remained stable in 50 (46.73%) and increased in 5 (4.67%). The rate of new cranial nerve damage was 5.6%. Conclusion: To treat the opted cavernous sinus meningiomas with Gamma knife is an effective way with few complications.[ |
