| 摘 要： | 目的了解Klinefelter综合征的病因,预后和防治。方法对142例无精症患者进行精液分析、生殖激素测定、染色体检查、睾丸活检。结果染色体数目47,XXY检出55例。结论克林非氏综合征因其损害的不可逆性给治疗带来困难,应积极预防和早期治疗。
