摘 要: | 介绍了盐酸曲马多分子印迹聚合物离子选择性电极的制备、特性及应用.该电极在1.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-2)mol/L范围内表现Nernst响应,斜率为30.4mV/pc,检测限为6.3×10~(-7)mol/L,回收率为97%~101%.

Preparation and Application of Traraadol Hydrochloride Electrode Based on Films of Molecularly Imprinted Polymers |

Abstract: | A molecular imprinting polymer membrane electrode of tramadol hydrochloride was prepared, characterized and used in pharmaceutical analysis. The electrode exhibits Nernst response in the concentration range of 1.0×10~(-6)-1.0×10~(-2)mol/L. The slope was 30.4 mV/pc and the limit of detection was 6.3×10~(-7) mol/L. The recoveries of tramadol hydrochloride were 97%-101%. |
