标准外伤大骨瓣开颅治疗额颞部重型颅脑损伤

目的:采用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗额颞部重型颅脑损伤患者。方法:应用外伤大骨瓣开颅术清除颅内血肿、挫灭脑组织和进行内、外减压术。结果:58例患者中良好15例,中残7例,重残17例,植物生存3例,死亡16例。结论:标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术对救治额颞部重型颅脑损伤患者有确切疗效,能显著减少并发症。

Treating Severe Frontotemporal Craniocerebral Injury Applying Standard Large Trauma Craniectomy

Objective Apply standard large trauma craniectomy to treat severe frontotemporal craniocerebral injury. Methods Clean intracranial hematoma and bad brain tissue to reduce intracranial pressure. Results In 58 patients, 15 cases had good recovery , 7 cases suffered moderated disability , 17 cases were severely disabled , 3 cases were living vegetatively , 16 cases were died . Conclusion There is a definite result in applying standard large trauma craniectomy to treat severe frontotemporal craniocerebral injury , and the operation can greatly reduce complications.
