nm23-H_1蛋白在上消化道肿瘤中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系

应用LSAB免疫组织化学方法，研究nm23－H1蛋白在40例食管鳞癌及52例胃癌原发灶和淋巴结转移灶中的表达及其与肿瘤生物学行为的关系。结果显示nm23－H1蛋白表达与肿瘤患者的性别、年龄及组织学类型无关。在食管癌和胃癌中，无淋巴结转移者其阳性率（52．9％、66．7％）明显高于有淋巴结转移者（26．1％，27．5％，P＜0．01，P＜0．05）。在食管癌的早期形成中，nm23－H1表达明显增强。在胃癌的原发灶与转移灶中比较，原发灶nm23－H1表达（36．5％）明显高于转移灶（12．5％，P＜0．01）。表明nm23－H1蛋白与食管鳞癌的发生有关并在食管鳞癌和胃癌的淋巴结转移中发挥负性调节作用。

nm23-H_1 expression and its correlation with lymph node metastasis in upper gastrointestinal tumors

The expression of nm23-H1 protein was examined by immunohistochemistry in esophageal squamous cell cancer and gastric cancer. The results showed that there was no significant correlation between nm23-H1 expression and sex, age or histopathologic grading of these tumors. of 40 patients with esophageal cancer and 52 patients with gastric cancer, the positive rate in patients without regional lymph node metastasis (52.9%, 66.7% ) was significantly higher than that in those with nodal involvement (26.1%, 27.5%, P < 0.05, respectively). In the 3 cases of early esophageal squamous call cancer, the obviously stronger staining of nm23-H1 protein was observed. In gastric cancer, the positive staining at in primary cancer (36.5% ) was significantly higher than that in metasatic caner (12.5%, P < 0.01% ).The results suggest that the expression of nm23 - H1 protein be correlation with the formation of esophageal squamous cell cancer and nm23 - H1 gene play an important role in the suppression of lymph node metastasis in upper gastrointestinal tumors.
