| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨早期康复护理干预对关节镜下前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术后功能恢复的影响.方法]将80例ACL损伤在关节镜下行韧带重建的病人随机分为干预组和对照组.干预组除给予骨科常规护理外,为病人制定系统的康复护理计划:术前心理护理,术后护理、术后全面的康复训练.对照组只是按骨科常规治疗护理.比较两组膝关节稳定及功能恢复情况.结果]80例病人均得到随访,采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分,术后干预组终末随访膝关节功能优良率达90.0%;对照组终末随访膝关节功能优良率达60.0%.干预组膝关节功能恢复的有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论]早期、有计划、系统的康复护理干预对关节镜下ACL重建术后病人膝关节功能恢复有积极的促进作用.
