奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效观察

目的:探讨奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床疗效。方法:84例SAP患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各42例,对照组给予奥曲肽皮下注射,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上给予乌司他丁静滴,7d后比较两组的治愈率及治疗前后CRP、TNF-α及D-二聚体水平。结果:治疗组可显著改善SAP患者的临床症状体征、降低CRP、TNF-α及D-二聚体水平,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥曲肽和乌司他丁联用可降低SAP患者炎性因子的水平及并发症的发生,提高SAP的治愈率。

The Effective Observation of Octretide Combined with Ulinastain In Treatment of Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of octreotide combined with ulinastatin treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:84 cases of SAP patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group in 42 cases each.give octretide peptide subcutaneous injection drug use in the control group,UlinastainforInjection to drop in the treatment group on the basis of the control group,compared between the two groups the cure rate and CRP levels.TNF alpha and d-dimer level before and after treatment after 7 days.Results:the treatment group can significantly improve.The clinical symptoms,signs of the SAP,reducing CRP TNF alpha and d-dimer level,much better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:octretide peptide and the company UlinastainforInjection can reduce the level of inflammatory factor and complications of patients with SAP,improve the cure rate of the SPA.
