白芨不同炮制品对家兔胃粘膜保护作用的研究

目的:通过家兔胃粘膜保护作用实验比较白芨普通粉、超微粉及超微粉加蜂蜜的药效学区别。方法:采用无水乙醇灌胃造成胃粘膜损伤后,考察不同药粉对胃粘膜损伤后的保护作用。结果:不同炮制品均能使胃粘膜损伤指数显著降低,白芨超微粉加蜂蜜组与其他各组比较均显著增高。结论:白芨对胃粘膜损伤细胞有保护作用,其中以白芨超微粉加蜂蜜效果最好,说明蜂蜜对胃粘膜的保护具有相关性。

Study on Protective Action of the Bletilla on Lesion of Gastric Mucosa in Rabbits

Objective:To study on protective action of the bletilla striata of different processed products on lesion of gastric mucosa in rabbits.Methods:By anhydrous ethanol with gastric lavage after mucosal damage,play different processed products on gastric mucosal injury of protective.Results:Different processed products are to make a significant reduction in gastric mucosal lesion index,Baiji ultrafine honey group and other groups were significantly increased.Conclusion:Bletilla striata on gastric mucosal damage and cell protection has the correlation on gastric mucosal protection.
